Rebooting Dolby Voice Room
You might need to reboot Dolby Voice Room if the system becomes unresponsive, if you have made certain network configuration changes, or if requested to do so by Dolby Customer Support or your conferencing service provider customer support.
About this task
There are several methods for rebooting:
- With the Dolby Voice Hub power button
- With the phone user interface
- With the web user interface
- With a diagnostic shell command (if connection over the network is possible)
- With a diagnostic shell command through an external keyboard (if network connection is not possible)
Rebooting with the Dolby Voice Hub power button
- Hold down the power button for five to ten seconds until you see the Dolby Voice logo on the display.
Rebooting with the phone user interface
- Access the Dolby Voice Room
Settings screen.
Ask your conferencing service provider for instructions. - Tap

The Advanced settings screen displays. - Tap Reboot system and then tap the Reboot icon to confirm.
Rebooting with the web interface
- Access the Dolby Voice Room web interface.
- Go to Tools and click the Reboot button.
Rebooting with the diagnostic shell
- Open the Dolby Voice Room diagnostic shell.
- Log in with administrator credentials. (Default credentials are admin and 1739.)
- Type this command and press Enter:
system reboot
Rebooting with the diagnostic shell through an external keyboard
Use this method when the Dolby Voice Room system is unresponsive.
- Connect a computer keyboard to one of the USB ports on the Dolby Voice Hub.
- Type Ctrl+Alt+F3 to open a diagnostic shell on the display. Log in with the administrator credentials. (Default credentials are admin and 1739.)
- Type this command, and press Enter:
system reboot

Results
Reboot proceeds even if a call is active.
