Troubleshooting calls that disconnect immediately

Codec incompatibility may cause calls to ring but disconnect immediately when the call is answered.

Procedure

  1. Confirm that the system is properly registered.
  2. Check the codec configuration on both ends and verify that both end points are configured to use at least one compatible codec.
