Assigning a Session Manager profile to each user

Assign a Session Manager profile in Avaya Aura System Manager for each phone user.


  1. Select the check box for Session Manager Profile.

  2. Select Primary Session Manager (SM 100 FQDN).
  3. If available, select the Secondary Session Manager.
  4. Select Application Sequences (origination and termination) with the Avaya Communication Manager (CM) details from the drop-down list.
  5. Under Call Routing Settings, select the Home Location from the drop-down list.
