Dolby Voice Room is an integrated hardware and software conferencing system for huddle spaces and small conference rooms.
Preparation and requirements
To successfully deploy Dolby Voice Room, you must first complete some tasks to satisfy both room requirements and network requirements.
Deploying Dolby Voice Room
As the Dolby Voice Room system administrator, you work with IT to deploy the system in your organization.
Configuring Dolby Voice Room features
As the Dolby Voice Room administrator, you can configure many features of the system, including network settings, corporate directory features, display and camera settings, calling features, and more. You configure these features by setting and changing configuration parameters.
Administering Dolby Voice Room
Administrative tasks include viewing system status, viewing and managing event logs, viewing call statistics, running diagnostics, and more.
Advanced network configurations
You can perform advanced configurations, such as setting up a detached configuration on an 802.1x environment and converting a detached mode system to a tagged VLAN configuration.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter an issue with Dolby Voice Room, we recommend that you attempt basic troubleshooting before you contact Support.
