Joining meetings

The Dolby Conference Phone stores the iMeet meetings that you recently used so that you do not have to reenter meeting URLs later on.

About this task

If you do not see the name of the host in your recent meetings list, you can still manually enter a meeting URL.

From the home screen, tap iMeet.
Tap Join a meeting.

A list of recent meetings displays.
Choose a meeting based on the name of the host.

You can search the list of recent meetings by entering a meeting name.

When you tap a name in the recent meetings list, the phone connects to that person's meeting.
If you do not see the name of your host, tap the link icon to join with a meeting URL.
From the Join a meeting with URL screen, enter a meeting URL and then tap Join meeting.

You join the meeting.

Note:

If the meeting is full, the phone verbally announces that the meeting is full; you are not added to the meeting and the home screen displays.

Try joining some other meetings and notice how a list of recent meetings displays so that you do not have to reenter meeting URLs.
